Representatives of the IOM Mission in Azerbaijan Visit the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University
Ganja, Azerbaijan - On 10 April 2019, the representatives of International Organization for Migration (IOM) headed by Mr. Vladimir Gjorgjiev, the Chief of Mission, had a cooperation meeting with the representatives of Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ASAU) represented by Mr. Ibrahim Jafarov, Rector of the University.
The meeting is intended to discuss a possible partnership between the organization and the university under the KOICA-funded project ‘Integrated Rural Development for IDP Communities in Azerbaijan through Revitalization of Kahriz Water Supply System’.
With the efforts on promoting sustainability and continuation of passing the skills and knowledge gained through the implementation of the afore-mentioned project, IOM and ASAU discussed envisioned partnership and action points of both parties.
